Do I eat according the current emotion I am experiencing?  For example, do I eat when I am happy, scared, anxious, stressed, sad, or angry?


When you examine your current eating patterns, you are able to understand more about how your body and mind work together to deal with various issues in your life.  Some of the patterns were instilled when you were growing up.  If you grew up in a family that ate a lot of fried foods, carbohydrates, and had dessert at the end of every meal, then you are more likely to continue those habits as an adult.  If you ate chicken noodle soup whenever you were sick as a child, chances are, as an adult you crave chicken noodle soup when you are feeling under the weather.  

You can change your eating patterns easily and effectively with hypnosis.  To quote The Beatles, "It's all in the mind, you know."  Hypnosis can change the unhealthy patterns in your mind, and create new healthy habits to aid you in your accomplishment of permanent weight RELEASE.  We will work together to create new patterns so that you are completely in control of your WEIGHT RELEASE success.
